So the year is almost over with and I haven't been as active as I could be, mostly because I have to go straight home from work and don't feel up to the task of going all the way to my parents to take care of them. They are doing well on their own but sadly lots of weeds are as well (cleaned them out when I could....)

I do have morning glories growing but I haven't been around to see a bloom, though there have been a few

    Enjoy :)

Good to see you back on here. These foto's that you posted are really great to see. You have been busy, but these flowers are blossoming like mad. Well done. I hope that you will have more time to come on here. Seeya.

It good to see you posting again. For not being able to tend to your flowers as often as you would like, they sure look nice! I recognized all but the 4th picture. Is it annual or perennial? It is very pretty!

the forth photo is a perennial, it's actually a bush flower that blooms early spring and yes it is very pretty! It hasn't bloomed much in previous years until it was pruned a little bit. I remember asking what it was before but I can't remember for the life of me. It had one of those complicated names.

Beautiful! My favorite is that Poppy. It looks so delicate, like tissue paper

I am not certain what the 10th is... iactually mistook it for foxglove for a second before looking it up. I had gotten so excited. But it doesn't seem to be that. I'm sure someone will know though :)

and Netty it is!! I was so afraid to even move anything around it. The petals fell off the other one by the slightest touch, but I think that is because it's so late in its bloom but they are all just pretty!! :)

I think you may have figured it out, that's what htey look like! Again, they are from a wildflower packet I got from my local store so I don't know what was in it.

    Shawchert,
I grew balsams as a kid! I have not seen them since. My memory is that after the initial sowing, the plants returned for several years. They self sowed. I hope yours do well for you.

So very pretty...everyone or almost everyone have weeds growing, I could never get them all out. I am not looking forward to planting next spring in my flower beds at our new home. I have been trying to come up with some ideas and I still don't have any. The contractor brought in some black dirt and it is full of weeds, some I have never seen before, I dread thinking of pulling them all out by hand because we don't use chemicals. But it is the only thing growing in our yard because we got the grass seed down too late ...now it is cold.
