That is an amazing photo! It almost seems like a watercolor painting--subdued, meticulous, and evocative. Can you tell I really like it?:)

Congratulations Sherry, a captivating photo. Is that a turtle to the right of the heron?

Wow...we have been so busy getting ready to move at the end of Sept. , I didn't know. Things are really getting hectic here and then one of our dogs had surgery last week. Isabella is doing fine now but isn't suppose to run or jump for 3 months. Now how in the world do you keep a dog from doing that??? The two of them like to run around and wrestle...
Jerry...no that is the wood. It was a large piece of a tree that was lodged in the water and came loose. My husband had to chain it to another one so it wouldn't drift out where a boat would hit it. It is too heavy for the 2 of us to lift out of the water so we will have to wait until we move in and the grandsons come over.
....Thank you for the votes :)
