    How wonderful to see these gardens and your flower foto's there. I could happily spend hours there walking up and down and looking.

    @Philip here is a photo of the kind of elephant ear you were talking about. It had been growing contentedly in one of my offices for years. When I wrote last about elephant ears, I even forgot I had it, it has been that easy & trouble free. Pretty amazing when you think it is growing in a temperature controlled office setting, very dry, low light, etc. IMG_20170920_113818.jpg

    Very impressive Elephant Ear and a beautiful stand,..the conditions were ideal and who would have thought they were,..instead everyone would be thinking Tropical,..they do grow here but get so big by the end of Autumn that the choice is either take the plant indoors be it the house or greenhouse,..alas mine was too big for my house,..'Hallway',..i had to give it to a friend with a big greenhouse,..this picture was taken on 14th Nov 2014.
