Soaked 6 more Scarlett O'Hara morning glory seeds the other day, and now I have a sprout, don't know what color that this one is going to be because I think I planted Flying Saucers too. Well, whatever color it will be they will be pretty. Going to keep them indoors and see what they do.

It's almost time for me to try growing my Morning Glories from seed. I hope I'll manage to get healthy sprouts like your one.

This is very neat. When was the other day? How long ago did you plant them.

    sprouts

I planted the morning glories last week, there are now 6 sprouts! Like I said, I don't know which ones are coming up now, so will be a surprise.

    hanging baskets

I don't have the support I need for a hanging basket at my desk, I put the pot on a couple of big books, do you think that might achieve the same result? I can put a couple more books under the pot and see what happens, the seedlings are close to the lamp, but it is the same lamp that they were under while they were sprouting.

    morning glory seedlings

I read that one of the other members here made a teepee for her morning glories to climb on, here is my version. Got a question, will the seedlings find their way up the sticks that I have in there? If not, how do I train them to climb? Any advice would be helpful!

    morning glories

If I just had them in a tangled mess instead of them trying to climb, would that be alright? They seem to have some trouble trying to climb the sticks I put in there. I was thinking of taking the sticks out, putting a little more soil in there and just letting them tangle together. Would that work out?

    Morning glories

Here is a updated picture of the morning glories, they are growing quite well. Would it hurt the plants if I put wire in the pot to have them grow on?

Hmmm.. What type of morning glory are you growing? Mexican and common morning glory are tall climbers. So they need something tall to climb. If its a japanese one ( except scarlet ohara because they are crazy ), then they will be okay :) why dont you put them outside? :D they need da sun! :p
Anyway this was like 3,5 Years ago, how is it???? did you regrow and regrow them again?

P.s sorry for my english :notworthy:
