Friends I have this tree and you have probably have seen it in other pictures. First off I don't know what type of tree it is and also the leaves are changing colors and I think it might be pot bound but I'll let you experts tell me Sleep warm ed
Could this be something like a yucca palm. It is hard to tell why the leaves are browning, maybe a bigger pot will help it. Maybe the plant is too dry, I am just guessing here.

Also sensitive to fluoride in tap water, if yours has it. It's normal for the older leaves to be shed at about the same pace as new ones are growing, as the trunk lignifies.
