    We had a member a long time ago named Biita who lived in far northern Norway, she was a forager and called Dandelions dinner and a drink.

    Never tried drinking or eating them but i do collect the leaves to feed to my tropical fish,..'Silver Dollar Fish',..love greens in particular Dandeloin,..i guess they know whats good for them :)

    It is a sometimes undervalues plant. Personally, I find the bloom beautiful and my bees lurve them.
