Last year I replaced a fence. I had to put up tarpaulins to keep the deer out while I made it. I had to make the garden like they do on mountain sides, tiered, using rocks. Added a few plants to the trees that stayed and this week took another picture. See if you notice anything different.
I don't see any little changes Kildale ... I see massive ones!! What a beautiful spot you've created. I didn't think that by replacing a fence you'd end up with such a delightful garden space.
One year? That looks like an established garden that has been lovingly tended for years. You certainly did well--it's beautiful!
Thank you all for the kind messages. I like building stuff and landscaping. The better half though grows everything and plants most of it.
Mate, that turned out well didn't it. It seems so odd that one has problems with deer in their gardens.
Definitely looks fantastic! We have one last section of fence to do here too and have been waiting for the fellow (stonemason) to do the last section of Allen block before we start but can definitely feel your pain - does look fantastic though!
