    That's a really great shot of your garlic with the flies on it. I half expected the large fly to take off and come towards me.

    I have not tried that yet..I have heard about it though and have seen them at the farmers market

    Pretty blooms.
    I never let mine bloom ... I harvest them before the buds swell. I love garlic scapes!
