We were sitting on the porch taking a break and I saw a bird fly through the trees with a very large fish. It flew around and sat on a branch in our old tree. (the exact area where the eagles sit) Look at that LARGE fish hanging from his claw...we could even see the fish wiggling and when it did the Osprey would open up his wings..... Birds are fascinating to watch, I miss so many of my smaller birds with not feeding them and I haven't seen a cardinal since we left the other house. But with so many creatures around, we really don't want things walking around in the yard. If you remember I have 2 dogs, 1 ten pounds and the other 15 but I still worry about them being carried off. They love to sit on the swing on the covered porch but if I leave the area, I check the trees . We have a covered dog pen on the side of the house and a smaller one we put them in when we fish from our shore. The smaller one we move around the back yard.

    Thank you Netty and Eileen...
