Five years ago last July 21st I had cancer surgery.....5 years clean and clear. Had my blood work done at the oncologist office today and every test on the list came back clean as whistle, so now it is official!!!! One more year of blood work every six months then once a year from them on.
Still have to have one of those really invasive and icky procedures but that will be after the first of the year.

It's wonderful to pass that five year mark. I did that last year. I had breast cancer and had one breast removed. Took medication for five years. No sign of it now.

I am just starting the "cancer process." I've had all the test and I'm having a Mastectomy tomorrow and nothing unusual is expected. The doc asked how I felt about it and I said I don't use it so may as well lose it. Anyway, I don't expect any problems, if there are any dooley will let you know. Love. wannabe/Rosie

Yeah, I had been on 'edge' for the last few days waiting for today and was a bit giddy when we left the Dr. office. We went to Red Robin afterwards so I could have their wonderful Blue cheese burger with crispy onion rings!!!
Dooley, congrats on your milestone too!!!
Rosie, I will be thinking about you tomorrow!!!!
