For your lawn, do you ever use grass seed that is referred to as Quik Green? This grass seed is suppose to grow quickly. However, the disadvantage that if it is not watered when there are dry spells, the grass begins to dry out.
We only used grass seed once and I can't remember what it was now but it never worked where the dog ripped the lawn up.
That's what you get for having a staffy they're so powerful and I adored the lawn..then we was going to have false and someone I know who had two of them said forget it...so we went for gravelling it larger we lined it twice and 3 tone went down and he still kicked down to the liner with his back paws and it used to go flying in to the smaller gravel but since he's passed away...all the smaller gravel as been removed and replaced with fresh, there's been some money spent here with plants he ruined through urine, then he did the electric lights in bulldozing past them….oh mate I could go on
