Does anyone have any ideas of what to do with old dryer vent tubing? Some is the usual flexible stuff, but one is flat from something my son tried. It did not work for us. I don't want it full of bees/wasps! I am allergic, and DIL is also highly allergic to bee stings.

    Thanks. :)

I am not sure what you are asking. vent tube that is still in the wall? not attached to anything? put some expanding foam in it to block it?

@AAnightowl I am not really sure what you are asking either. I am on a campaign to just get rid of junky stuff around the yard & also in my community garden plot. ( Amazing how much stuff can collect!)

But maybe this is a dryer vent tube that is in use & thus can't be disposed of? They sell those caps that you put over the end. That might keep out the bed& wasps.

We have excess dryer vent tubing lying around, that is not needed. My laundry room is very small, and there is no room to have miles of that tubing between the dryer and the wall. And DS tried several ways to do the venting, which did not work out. So, we have lots of excess tubing.

I think I will just donate it to my church community center, which has free items for less fortunate people. Someone else might need some dryer vent tubing.

I could only think of filling it with hypertufa or colored concrete because it is very shapeable, and peeling it away once it was set. It would make a good weedeating border, and the nice grooves would help moss and so forth.

Yeah. I already donated it though. I am trying to get rid of extra 'stuff' around here...
