Have you ever seen the Australian TV series....The Miss Fisher Mysteries? I love it and want to be her when I grow up....well there is a certain thing she does quite frequently that I do not want to do but her whole attitude is also who cares what others think

YES--that squirrel says it all. Funny pic.
Toni I LOVED The Miss Fisher Murder mysteries. I was sad when they quite producing them. Yes I agree with you about her flair. Especially for dressing. Loved the cloths and her attitude about living. Except for the one that you eluded to. Not my cup of tea either.
On Acorn TV online they have a new series entitled; Miss Fisher's Modern Murder Mystery. I believe it's Frynies niece who inherits her estate because Frynies been reported as killed in the congo. It's a fun series and her niece has some of her flair in solving murders. There is also a young detective that she gets involved with.

We have Sling and Miss Fisher is one of their constants...I think I am on the 4th time watching the entire series. Where did they get a niece for her? I never heard mention of a brother and her sister was killed when she was a child?
I don't know, without Phryne, Jack, Dot, Mr. Butler, Hugh, Bert and Cec, Dr. Mac ...and Aunt Prudence it just wouldn't feel like the real thing.:(
