I have at least 2 gallons of cowhorn I took out of the garden today. They are bright red. Any ideas about what to do with them? One could season a big skillet of ground beef so they are pretty warm.

I like fresh peppers like those in ground beef or pulled pork. A stir fry or single pan casserole work well. Also salsas or as garnish for eggs, etc.

Well now....My brother bought me a used Big Green Egg XL. We made some chicken legs dance on its maiden firing yesterday. He was asking if I had ribs on today but I was in the yard fertilizing. I told him a sugar cured BB would work for tomorrow. Thank you..good idea
