Now that I have the perfect pizza recipe,, I have added to the sauce so much that I forgot what is in it ! Only took me about a week to get the taste I wanted ! So,, experiment is not over yet ! Dough turned out great though and can be kept in the fridge for several days !
Ha !! Wish I could mail you one ! The dough makes 4 about 9 or 10 inch pizza`s ! Does not require the double rising time and is excellent ! Now I just have to figure out what the sauce has in it ! Thats the way my experiments usually go ! Keep on adding to it till its right but forget what I started out with !
If you live in the Pacific Northwest and can get to a Casa Mia Restaurant the owner has designed, developed and won awards for the most perfect pizza ever - call "Strada Succina." There is a crust then a white sauce with chicken, fresh basil, cashews. Taste is to die for.
Well,, I am in NE Texas so will have to pass on that one ! I haven`t tried the white sauce yet but I have an idea ! That will be the next experiment ! Just need to get full of the red sauce pizza first !
