Oh My,,, Fried green tomatoes would be on my menu ! I love the ones with a pink tinge ! Excellent ! I have even fried fully ripe tomatoes as long as they are pretty firm !

Planted fritillaria meleagris alba bulbs today. They are not particularly showy but they are supposed to deter the voles, etc. I planted them around my perennials that the voles devour during the winter. We shall see if it works.

I have a garden in the ground....buttaa..the bugs are trying to take it away. had to pull out the big guns..sevin dust..they are covered but the bugs in the ground...goodness along with all this rain. I will definitely rethink things for next year..that will probably turn into spring/summer garden...maybe I will go back to my hydroponics for the fall/winter garden. But I do have cauliflower, cabbage (green & red), collards, bok choy, pak choy, chinese cabbage, savoy cabbage, mustard greens (which I just picked this past Sunday), radishes, lettuces, celery at this moment.
Oh let's not mention all the bulbs that's in the mini fridge in my she/he shed for planting in December.
