Just pulled it from the garden!! We’ll have a side of stir-fried zucchini tonight with the steaks that Ron’s going to grill, and tomorrow I’ll make zucchini bread!
I actually like those as well as the little ones ! Except for stir fry maybe ! Then they need to be small !
Last year, I had a stealth zucchini plant. I would check it almost daily to pick the fruits while still small and tender but inevitably suddenly one would become a baseball bat! Right under my nose. Stealthy plant. Enjoy your grilled zuc's and zucchini bread!
We started making what Ron calls fried zucchini patties LOL. The fat end of the zucchini is as big as a large hamburger patty and we’ve been frying them up with salt and pepper and other seasonings and getting them all brown and crispy on the outside. They are absolutely delicious!
Those are really nice and you two are creative...they look so good. Mine didn't like where i was trying to grow them this year. I did get one though.
