My rose bushes have tiny white spots that look sort of like tiny eggs on the top part of the leaves. The limbs with these on them are dying fast. What are they and what can I do to stop them from killing my rose bushes? Rnet in Texas

Toni iis right ! We always need to see what we are dealing with ! But in the absence of pics use the water hose with a good stream and spray with soap and water before hand !!
why do we need a poll for this? you most likely have aphids that are molting. spray your plant with a strong spray of soapy water. do not rinse it off. 1 tablespoon to 1 gallon of water should be strong enough. use a pump up sprayer or a hose end sprayer to coat the plant.
