I made our anniversary dinner last night. I really don't mind not going out to dine (we are restaurant deprived around here) and I love to cook.
My dear husband came home from his shopping trip with a whole small salmon! We had salmon stuffed with tarragon cornbread stuffing, steamed broccoli, and a nice dry Reisling. We toasted each other, had a lovely meal, and then watched PBS Newshour with Brooks and Shields. This is what anniversaries are made to be!
