What's for dinner?

Last BLT's of the season. Oh my, they were good. The sarnie's were piled high with extra ingredients and for dessert--dark chocolate mousse with a dollop of whipped cream!

 

Tonight its pork pot roast with potatoes, onions and roasted vegetables ! Gravy of course !

 

It will be pikant Bami Goring with peanut sauce this evening.

 

Okay my translating section of my phone is getting a workout! Indonesian stir fry?

We will be having duck breast. Maybe fingerling potatoes with it, and something green.

 

Yeah Cayu--I guess that you could call it that.

We eat a bit of Indo here from time to time. I have eaten Bami Goring over there as well, so I sorta thought that folks might know what it was. Sorry about that mate...x2

 

We enjoyed home made fried chicken. Almost nothing smells as good. Steamed carrots and zucchini and a boxed noodle type side dish.

 

I am going to visit whoever has fried chicken ! Don`t even know where California is but I will just follow the smell !

We are having steak tonight. We don't usually have steak but it is our wedding anniversary tonight!

We are unseasonably cool, so we had soup for dinner. A lovely New England clam chowder with toasted onion bread on the side. I love soup season!

Yesterday we had Swiss chard stampot. Tonight it will be chicken teriyaki with noodles.

Stir fry with vegies from the garden, chicken, over rice.

 

Isn’t it great making those stirfry’s with your own veg! That sounds delish BTW.
