Yes was have snow and with it birds. There was 19 species her on the deck today and yesterday. I mean species not birds. Another first for this winter, 3 Varied Thrushes and 2 Hermit Thrushes besides all the regular ones.
The deep snow here has brought every species from Sparrow Hawks to Dunnocks into the garden. It's a real pleasure to watch them and know that I'm helping them through this awful weather by putting out food for them.
Thanks mate. I sort of like the way this sort looks, male and female. I could see that the breast feathers were different, and that one was lighter than the other.
