New England weather... and attempts at organic gardening. Need advice.

    Yes it's better than membrane and would break down but the idea is to keep putting it on I think once a year. I'll have to find a video for it somewhere on YouTube.:like:

    Thank you all for your helpful responses!

    @Odif - The chicken manure is matured and in pellet form. Is it safe to use with the garlic? Would the alfalfa rabbit food pellets be safe to use, too? If not, I have Jobes organic plant food. I'll just use that.

    @carolyn - The mugwort has taken over my garden, but at least I do have an abundance of something edible! lol

    @Logan - Great video! Thank you for sharing! I bookmarked his channel and will be watching the rest of his videos. They are very informative!

    @Tetters - Thank you for your appreciation of organic gardening. It is more difficult, but well worth it. It is important to me that my family and I eat clean food.

    I know.
    I'd have to be pretty desperate to eat mugwort!
    I read somewhere that mugwort was used for beer before hops became more popular.
