thank you CM... its a bit of a better layout and gives me more growing room in the same footprint of the other two houses. I really needed the basket growing room for my hanging baskets. I do about 400 hanging baskets and am shuffling them all Spring long.

Thank you Jewell. CM, I truly was whipped this past Spring fighting the crud I had... I don't think I got stronger this past year. it was all I could do to get through it. glad I made it. it paid for part of this addition. we also had a new frame manufactured to put all the old arches on so we could move it about the garden. its kind of like a travelling house. that makes me happy. I can get my peppers started earlier and then move it to over my cold crops to protect them from the frost and yucky fall weather we usually have.

That sounds great carolyn. I love the mental picture of a moveable green house that you can put here and there as needed. Really functioning as two or more greenhouses, huh?

I am also so glad you got through the spring period...probably covid. I hope you still have some immunity.

BTW, it has long been one of my fantasies to have a greenhouse. I don't live in a place where it would be possible, so it is a pipedream, but I do appreciate seeing yours. I can take vicarious pleasure from it (and without all the work!).

Carolyn, that is amazing! I wish I could convince some of our rain to come your way. Our Creekbank will erode, taking part of our garden, if the rain keeps coming.

CM, thank you. The movable greenhouse isn't as useful as I expected but maybe this winter will be utilized more?... I doubt it, but we will see.
I am pretty sure I had covid last year (for 6 months I coughed and had crud) and again this Sept... we ALL had it. I wasn't near as sick as my sisters or my son. I didn't even run a fever. had more of a cold than all the other covid symptoms. otherwise I would have just thought it was a bad cold. hopefully none of you get it but don't fear it like they tell you to fear it. stay hydrated, keep as active as possible, take tylenol and advil on rotation every 4 hours. go to the ER if you are having trouble breathing. other than that the doctor said just ride it out. I kept taking d3, zinc, magnesium and tonic water. I just started taking quercetin and I see that really helps my toe that I broke years ago. a lot of the inflammation is gone.

Carolyn, this COVID seems to affect most everyone in a different way.
One brother, my daughter and my grandson fought it off at home. My baby sister died while on the ventilator. I haven't allowed myself to fear.
I'm thankful that you beat it. Sounds like good advice/

so sorry about your sister. the ventilators were found to be a terrible choice. and many , like my mother in law had comorbidities and there was nothing to fix their existing illness or chronic conditions either. I have been surprised at the many times my mother in law recovered from pneumonia, but without antibiotics she wouldn't have lives as long as she did.

My first bout of pneumonia was as an infant. My daddy's cure contained whiskey. I have recovered from it several times, never a pneumonia vaccine. I get an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
I grow Borage and Mint, dry it for making tea. Seems to help with congestion.
