Your harvest looks good! I imagine the taste of the fresh produce is so much better than the ones we can buy in the shops.

Thank you Sjoerd and your are right , they were harvested in less than 30 minutes when they were photographed. They were then eaten within 8 hours I think :). From what I understand according to the farm-to-table concept “Most produce loses its nutrients within 24 hours of harvesting.” I guess I'm lucky to be able to do so :)

Thanks Cayuga Morning, glad you enjoy it. :)

You are right Droopy :) Thank you. I guess it must be the short time frame from harvesting and to the table :D when it is still full of nutrients.

Today's harvest for today's lunch and dinner. The pak choy is the last in the list for this bed. I am not able to continue planting because we will be away for awhile for Christmas and this bed of veggies will last us till almost then :)

Pak Choy I think is in the same family as nappa cabbage with narrower stems and loose leaves and tasted better in our opinion. It is our favourite be it stir fried, in a soup or just salad ... it's yummy! :D

Congrats on a great harvest KK! We love Pac Choy, the few seeds I put in a few months ago were eaten up by sparrows. Should have been quicker with the netting.
