BTW— what kind of chook is that last one? Owl tell you that I’ve never seen one like that. I reckon I’ve been cooped-up too long.

Jane— How does a chook un-ruffle its feathers?

I don't know, I think all that poultry would croak in our house.

 

Penelope is, I believe, a Barne velder chook. She keeps company with my Twit - they make a handsome twoosome
