    Dark chocolate is my absolute favourite. Milk chocolate quality has gone down the drain.

    We received our monthly grocery order and what did those lovely store people do? They gave a little bonus thing (as they do this from time to time). What was the freebie gift? It was this:

    Guess what my husband gave me for Christmas? An ice cream machine. We are not gadget people, but I am so pleased with this gift. Guess what type of ice cream I make? Chocolate of course.

    I like 70% dark choccy. Its about as dark as I can stand. I tried 90% once. No thank you!

    But Bippers, the 90% and above is more for cooking than recreational consumption.;)
    At least that is how I do it. I make mole poblano, chilli con carne and so forth with the super darks.
