My husband was mowing the front lawn, and came in to ask, What is that little pink rose in the front bed?" I was surprised, flabbergasted, and oh, so happy to see it was a Caldwell Pink. After the February freeze of 2021 it disappeared, and we feared it froze to death. But this year, it's back! It's an "old rose" and like many of it's ilk, very sturdy. It isn't nearly as big as it was, but we have hopes!

The rose has been described as “super weed” because it is so strong and can survive neglect and serious damage to bloom another day.
This one of yours really is a lovely thing. I am so happy for you.
