There is a program on TV called House Hunters. Prospective home buyers always need more room to entertain, more bedrooms for relatives to stay and visit, a patio for cook-outs, etc.
What I need is a moat filled with alligators.

We really like that kind of show. We watch “Escape To The Country”, BBC production.
You wanna moat? Far out. So far out, you could say that your chances of getting it are re- moat.

I think you have a better chance with aquiring a re-moat controlled alligator. That would do it too I would think.

Here are some alligators for you.

Now that you mention it, I could also use a moat with alligators.

I would need an electric motor to thrash a tail now and then. I have zero reason to let neighbors be comfortable. This place is far too stable.
