Hi all: haven't been posting much. But had to share this with you all. We must have over 100 Painted Lady Butterflies in our yard. We have a lot of wild Asters that they must love. Here are a few pic's that do not do justice to how many we have. Here is an interesting fact about them; they are one of the most distributed butterflies in the world. Can you see all the Painted Ladies?

I'm so glad they love your wild asters so much. Maybe I should try to get seeds and plant them here. I'd love to have as many of these beautiful butterflies visiting my garden as you have.

We have Painted Ladies, also, but not in the hordes that you have! Isn't it wonderful to see butterflies flitting about the yard? Enjoy your Ladies!

Thank you all for enjoying these beautiful ladies. They are still here but should be migrating in a few weeks.
