    I am looking for suggestions. I have room for a couple of potted plants in a west facing window. Gets full afternoon sun. Thanks

    I've copied this from a website
    "The best west-facing window plants include coleus, aloe vera, air plants, kalanchoe, croton, English ivy, and the fiddle leaf fig. These plants like low indirect light in the morning hours and bright direct light in the afternoons that’s characteristic of west-facing windows."

    I like clivias. Beautiful green strap-line leaves and a bright orange flower once or twice s year. After that flower ends you get large berry like seeds growing that turn from green to yellow to orange to red. They are the size of a nichol. The bright red berries look beautiful against the green foliage. And they are practically indestructible.

    Thanks for the suggestions I will write down these names and look in my local nursery.
