Haha poor delivery man, but he finally won!
Gotta hand it to the Amazon delivery people ... they are more dependable than the Postal service and they deliver 7 days a week.
I had a delivery at 10:40pm the other night, and today there was a package in my mailbox before 7:30am!

I'm sure Lady J will love that one. What a patient and sweet human bean that young man was. That chicken had some legs on it - more like a road runner. :)

Netty—yeah, ya gotta admire that delivery fellow.

Eileen— too right about that! I think it was a very social beast. He just seemed to like people.

Mel— yes he did. It seemed that he was used to being picked up and even wanted to be. I held my breath on that last attempt to escape the garage, it looked like he almost got crushed at the very last minute. Bbbbbbbbbbbbbb.

I have a white leghorn who looks and behaves exactly like that. She just doesn't seem to like being inside. We have coyotes, raccoons, weasels, and raptors, so the hens need to be in their coop at night. She is fast and determined to stay outside. Good egg layer too.

Who keeps their hen in the garage?
