Thank you Pacnorwest. I can do a wider pic tomorrow, but it will show my road sign, will that matter or not?

    Stunning Daniel.
I do not grow them any more but deeply love seeing them.
Here we have a place the public can visit about an hour’s drive from here. It has orchideeén but also monkeys, fish, birds and butterflies. Here is the link: https://www.orchideeenhoeve.com/

Thanks Sjoerd fir the link. I also used to grow more orchids. These tolerate a lot of neglect, so they are still here.

Here is one of my mad scientist grafting experiments. There was a wild cherry tree in the yard. I cut off the top and grafted on a flowering cherry. That was about eight years ago. Here it was today.

    Hyacinths are blooming. Fragrant, too.

It's a primrose Pac :) They are related to, and hybridise with Cowslips...

You sometimes get a cross where you get Primrose flowers on a Cowslip stalk which is called a False Oxlip.

ok I see the petals looked on the primrose in the lawn so delicate. Thank you. It makes perfect sense. How funny when one plant is out of it’s element it looked completely different.
