    Finally, after experiencing extreme heat for months. We finally now are into the monsoon season. Where every day, or every other day - We experience rain!!!

    :setc_005::setf_016::sete_013:

    It was a tough couple of months, where many people passed away from heatstroke, (including someone I know very well). But finally, at last, we now have relief from the hellish temperatures...

    Hopefully, this will now continue until September.

    Oregon has 22 new wildfires just overnight from lightening strikes. Thankfully none are near us. To watch the wildfire coverage on the news is dibilitating for the land destroyed , homes and wildlife.

    Thanks @Daniel W :stew1:

    @Pacnorwest , I worry about the wildfire. Is there any type of volunteer group who save tired or injured birds and animals? Or assist them in rehabilitation shelters?

    It's very sad to think, as humans can easily be rescued from disaster situations like those. But who will save/protect the wildlife, when nature gets out of balance???

    Oh @Pacnorwest I really can't imagine the worry and distress you are all having to live with as part of your day to day life during this devastating season. It goes without saying that I wish everyone well and will keep you all in my thoughts. Keep safe.
