Today’s harvest. Tons of Basil. I have some purple tomatoes. My personal favourite, cœur du bœuf. The plant on the right is a beefsteak tomato. The four on the left are all cuttings from the same tomato plant. All the cherry tomatoes come from one plant. One of my two year old Thai chillies.
@Sjoerd The cherry tomatoes are called super sweet and they taste just like sweets. The one variety that I made the cuttings of is called « brin du muguet » and is not very good. Will be for sauce. The purple ones, I have no idea what they are, the wife planted them from seeds of a tomato that we bought in winter from a relatively tasty store bought variety. I will try to take cuttings of my favourite tomatoes and overwinter them just like the chillies. @Cayuga Morning And tasty too.
I am in awe of the size or your tomato plants and how healthy they are. Amazing to me that you can grow them outdoors like that. Very wonderful photos Odif!
