Like Daniel, we are having rain. Unlike Daniel, we are elated about it! The latest report (yesterday) from AgriLife said that fall crops have been so affected by the draught that the price of grains and hay will go up, which means that will be reflected in the cost of beef, vegetables, eggs. Spring crops, without a few good soakings in the next couple of months, will be imperiled also. And that is why we are so happy that it is raining now!

Well the laundry is done and already out on the line to benefit as much as possible from our shortened day. Whether is dries or not is a totally different matter but at least it will be well aired.
