The wind has finally died down and it looks as if we're in for a great day, very mild indeed!! I will need to have a walk around the garden to check for any wind damage before hubs and I go out for the day. .

Thanks @Logan we certainly did Stayed very mild all day and it was weird seeing so many people without coats so close to Christmas. Currently at 7pm it's 14C!! Tomorrow the temps drop back to near normal ones for the time of year....it was nice while it lasted.

Power outage day today ...all day! Thankfully the rain isn't due until later so we can hopefully enjoy most of the day being out and about. Our little local town hit the headlines yesterday and was on the national news on tv and radio, I feel so sorry for those without water . I did do every scrap of laundry yesterday....just in case!! It all dried beautifully on the line too.
