    It was another wet and quite windy day here today, but never-mind— a parcel was on the way.

    They will go into the fridge until we haul them out to chit them. I need patience.

    Store bought spuds already sprouted will go onto the beds as soon as the freeze has thawed later this week. I’ll just cover them with straw and hope for the best once the ground is soft again. Lazy gardening last year provided a nice number of potatoes. This year I’ll do an entire bed. Potatoes and cabbages were my most successful crops last year. It was just too cool of a summer for the other crops. Except beets which I decided I wasn’t fond of IMG_0061.jpeg .
