Too cold for this old man! Down to 23F last night. I'm glad I bought and installed a waterer warmer for the hens. No ice so far. For the ducks, I just invert their water pan over night and re-fill with warm water when I let them out in the am. Unlike the hens, the ducks are not up a hill. Less concern about falls on the ice. So I can give them warm water as soon as I can go outside.
