Sweet potato salad and a small grilled striploin tonight. Some mushrooms and caramelized onions on top,

I made this Mediterranean dish for myself last night. Tasted real good. And was easy to prepare.

Here's how to make it yourself!

Roast turkey and sage and onion stuffing made with sausages and breadcrumbs. Potatoes, cabbage, peas, sprouts and broccoli with gravy.
Pudding, bread and butter pudding. I use spices and brown sugar, usually don't have spices with this pudding.

Merci Pac— I am slowly creeping back on here. It has been a bit hectic here of late and may continue to do be for a while.
If you make this dish— eet smakelijk! … or more accurate— selamat makan.

Just something quick and easy today as we have been busy outside doing as much as we can before the rain turned up. .....still no sign and it's now 4 hours late!!
We always eat our main meal of the day at 12:30- 1pm.

Cornish pasty and veg..easy peasy but nevertheless yummy.:)

    What's in a Cornish Pasty, @Oreti ?
I made myself a Bacon butty a few weeks ago and I liked it,
( as if anyone wouldn't !! ) . Got the recipe on line, although some made it differently: I just picked the most popular recipe. I am keen to try other dishes that you in the UK like to eat.
