Just a quick dinner today as we' ve been out for most of the morning.

Chilli chicken and mixed salad wraps.

 

Mac and cheese.

 

Krieltjes, spitskool and bratwurst..

 

I clicked 'like' @Sjoerd ......it sounds good, but I have no idea what it is.

Oreti— I do not know the english words…but krieltjes are very small, round potatoes. Spits kool is a pointy cabbage sort. Bratwurst is a type of german sausage. Sorry for the confusion…I was a bit rushed when I sent that.

I'm having a craving for stuffed peppers. I should probably try to make that happen.

 

I ate early and decided to have an omelette with onions and a bit of goat cheese crumbles on top.

I've been wanting stuffed peppers but didn't want to go buy the ground beef. I made these and they went over really well. Funny how easy it is to make a meal without meat. My family are hunters and they're even enjoying the things we can do without meat.

Yummy looking veggie peppers. Last time I bought lean ground beef it was 14 bucks for 2 1/4lbs !! Cheaper to buy fake hamburger patties and crumble them up !!
