In the gorge today

    lidow_202562114100915.jpg lidow_202562112345890.jpg lidow_202562112345890.jpg My son and I visited the local farmers market today. Some crafty lady was selling some awesome cheese in olive oil. Two big balls of it in a quart jar, similar to mozzarella balks. But It was $18. I didn't get any, but boy was it different. Made from yogurt. Oh the food!

    These pics are taken in white salmon Washington, so we are facing Oregon. That's the Columbia River. #columbiarivergorge

    Saw some wild turkey too

    I'm so happy we're having rain @Sjoerd Someone told me to put my hat on. I laughed. I have webbed feet like a duck ( common statement among oregonians). We have to love rain here. And it seems to be making a comeback this year which is wonderful after some really dry years

    You need a big cheesecloth to make yogurt cheese. And some yogurt. But thats pretty much it other than patience and what you want to put in it. Cool pics btw.

    Those baby turkeys are fun to see @Zigs . Love the little families. Yesterday I passed a new family of skunks. Adorable as well but i didn't stop for a photo

    I'm going to make it. Thanks for helping me realize I can @Dirtmechanic I just talked to a friend that makes it too
