Today we had Tomato and Broccoli quiche with a salad and Yogurt with Blueberries for dessert. We only have a second course in the Summer months as we like to eat our fruits fresh.
It is an “Is Potato” moment. The first new spuds are in and consumed now. The type is, “ French Fingerling”.
Too true we don't need any extra hot air wafting around us. ...........none of this, an Apple and a cooling drink suits me fine thank you.
Fresh picked spinach and lettuce salad with chives, chicken, and mandarin orange slices for us tonight. The spinach "farewell until next year:" dinner.
Thank you Sjoerd. Only two portions went into the freezer this year. We had to be away during our first major heat and most of it bolted. The swiss chard and beet greens will have to make up for it in the freezer
