If I could live two lives, one would be at the coast. As it is, we only go once a year. This was Oceanside, Oregon. It's where we usually go. A little more distant, a bit less developed & crowded than the much more popular town of Cannon Beach. Enjoyed very much. mostly but not always grey skies. tide pool life, low tide. tide pool life, low tide. Sea stacks. Lots of those. The town of Oceanside. This was our stop at Cannon Beach, where we had some pizza. It's a challenge finding meals in Oceanside, so we got a big one and ate some the next day. Also packed food for the trip. So more blue sky. It was a great trip. I want to go again soon. It's only about a two hour drive away.
Oceanside is a wonderful little spot. My son just stayed there and found many agates. Aren't we so lucky to be so close to such a place @Daniel W
