    So then, this fab old-fashioned veg can be used in different ways— here, it is puréed and our tatties and broccoli along with a slab of fish. What’s not to like.

    Looks great Sjoerd and such a yummy dinner,i roast them in some Turkey stock but, can be mashed with some butter.

    Loggie—ta. Your method sounds scrummy. We have never roasted them, but we do often fry them up like chips. Ach— I have never eaten them a way that I did not like.
