Oreti your pics are so nice to see . There are so many interesting and beautiful blooms and plants posted from your garden. My goodness there’s everything but the kitchen sink. And that sink was probably hiding under the golden euonymus shrub. :smt026

Is that a Bloodgood Japanese maple I see among the garden pics ? Sure is a pretty one. :smt060

Your amazing plant collection is like visiting a botanical garden from the comfort of my own home with a hot cup of tea. So enjoyable to see such a variety of well maintained garden plants this time of year. My garden season is very short due to my garden zone is in a higher latitude and in a mountain range climate.

Hey Zigs lovely Rosa rugosa . Great pic & color of rose showing the seasonal change of leaf color to lime green makes a nice contrast in comparison the noemal seasonal rose colors.

Thank you so much Pac your comments are so valued and appreciated. The bloomers now are not really throwing out many more ..this is sadly their swan song for 25. It's now a case of tidying up the evergreens so that they become our Winter stars..:D

Unfortunately...and of no real surprise i'm ashamed to say I can't recall the name of that Acer, but yes it is a real little beauty.:smt049

You may have a short season but you have the knowledge and expertise to bring out the best of it and no matter what time of year your garden looks amazing, your love and care shine out from every corner of it..:smt054

Oreti— your lot of foto’s were a joy to see. Such a great variety…and they are so very lovely. I have looked back through them several times. Thank you so much for the posting. You really ought to do this more often, mate.
The ones that stood out for me were the Oxalis, the dahlias, the Clematis bush and that stunning Acer. Chapeau.

Pac— Your pics of your remarkable garden corners is again so inspiring to see. What a delight to see.
I liked the wildlife shot as well.

Loggie— that was a great foto of your tree. Gosh, I haven’s seen sloes for ages. I had almost forgotten about them. Do you do anything with them?
