Not a bad day, off out for breakfast this morning better make the most of the dry weather as we have varying amounts of rain on our forecast for the next 7 days.
Still quite nice out there. We had a nice stroll through the city's main park after our breakfast and ended up walking just under 6 miles, I didn't realize this until we were home and I looked at my tracker.....we've had a really busy week and in total I have walked 17.50 miles...no wonder my knee and ankle are playing up a bit. I only wear the tracker when I leave the house so this doesn't include time in the garden and going back and forth to the nursery area/ greenhouse.
Oreti 17.50 miles is a lot of mileage on that new shinny knee. I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since your knee surgery. I have read of your trials and tribulations to regain mobility and your fight for getting your life back has been admirable. Sending continued success to recovery and mobility.

Thanks Pac, yes it's amazing how quick the year has flown past !!. I was bought the tracker in April when I was given the 'go ahead' to resume my normal walking routine by my Consultant.....but doing so gradually of course !! This has allowed me to see and monitor my progress. In the past 6 months, and again recording only when I go out on longer trips, I have walked 376.70 miles!! So pleased with how it's going. We had some rain overnight but currently it's dry but the next downpour is fast approaching!! This is the latest status..... ..and our predicted forecast for today.

Rained all night into early morning this am. Suns out now temps are falling as fall takes a glorious bow as winter solstice slowly creeeps closer .
Well, it started to rain around 11:30am. You could feel it coming in the air. It only rained for about an hour but it's still overcast and hopefully we get some more. Temps in the low 70's since this morning.
