ID this tree anyone???

    Geez..Louise … Definitely not a fringe tree, doesn’t look like any in my garden. Fringe refers to the flowers.

    I’m willing to admit that I question if the pic is a tree. Mmm … Are you sure it’s a tree? Or is it really a giant weed ? Dog fennel? Nothing about it looks familiar to me at all. Looks more like dill leaves with fuzzy stem.

    Not a good close up pic of leaves to properly ID the plant for me.

    Yeah, the photo is not good at all. My friend's phone takes lousy pix. Next time in her neighborhood I'll see it in person and get better pics with my IPhone 16.

    Sounds like a good strategy . :fingerscrossed: Or you could also contact your local extension service to help with the ID by taking some stems and leaves with you from the next visit and save those samples for the horticultural department to ID .
