I had to look that up Sjoerd. It looks delicious! We are having fish and chips tonight. Hubby caught a large Ling Cod (aka Burbot) this fall, and it makes delicious fried fish. He will also make his home made Tartar Sauce.
Stir fried noodles with saute'd chicken. I had seashells with butter, parsley, garlic and grated parmesan cheese on top.
Annie— well, not sautéed, “saté ajam”is chook bits on a stick and smothered in peanut sauce. Your meal is mouth-watering just reading about it. Mel— I am over the moon to see you back on here ! Your cod sounds delish. We eat a lot of that fish here. Also with tartar sauce.
Ahhh, that's shish- kebab !! That's stuff cooked on a stick. Tonight I had shrimp scampi and chocolate pudding.
@Sjoerd - thank you my dear friend. It is nice to have the time to be back. Tonight we are having separate suppers. I have a shellfish allergy, so Hubby is making scallop fettucine for himself. I am having Tuna steak with a soya sauce, sesame oil, lime and honey marinate ( and one with simple salt and pepper), and some garden veggies of broccoli and green beans.
