    Teeny tiny shrooms in comparison to the pine needles over the tops . These are everywhere. Sprouting like grass seed.

    Bit small for Honey Fungus Annie :) There's loads of little brown mushrooms I'm afraid. I think Pac had some Honey Fungus in a previous pic :)

    They are everywhere. Reminds me of a Star Trek episode … ‘The trouble with Tribbles”! 1969.

    What a lovely thread! Always wanted to grow them. As they can grow indoors too.

    They are the ultimate survival food. In a bunker hidden away from civilization. While outside there'll be a nuclear fallout situation happening...

    Quadrotriticale is : :sete_072:
    A fictional, high-yield, four-lobed hybrid of wheat and rye from the Star Trek universe, known for being a favorite of tribbles. While quadrotriticale is not real, the name is a variation of triticale, a real-world grain that is a hybrid of wheat and rye. Some real-world products, like a Belgian-style ale from Stone Brewing, have used the name for marketing purposes. :setc_019:

    Don't go outside Shahbaz :eek::D

    I loved the way everyone on the bridge of the Enterprise knew more about Quadrotriticale than the captain did :D

    Seeing this movie in my childhood (around the age of 7) - Is what got me interested in Mushrooms!

    Amazing what we can find on YouTube nowadays. :cool:

    And then, there is Jeremy Clarkson, who everybody loves (yeah right) - Who almost single handedly obliterated my interest for mushrooms! :rofl: But on the plus side, it showed that if he too could do it, means that even a catatonic person will have no trouble growing mushrooms! :smt044 So thank you JC, for making everyone realize how low the bar actually is. :snicker:

    @Frank Let's find a way to get Jeremy Clarkson to join us here at GardenStew! Since he's got a farm now, this place is exactly what he needs! :D
