Garden pics from Sunday.. heavy rain and squishy soggy landscape at the moment. Winter’s pre curser . As you can see yesterday was a warm bright sunny day. Today not so much.. I’m glad I took pic yesterday , the rain and wind will be the end of those autumn deciduous leaves will be falling to the landscape for sure during today’s weather. What a difference in weather in a single day. Our woods. East garden and Roxy . Probably last day of autumn color , pic taken yesterday, & a rainy and windy day today. The sky is falling .. anyway … the clouds are signaling the winter is coming.
oh no blooms are normal height. It’s just hard to bend over that long holding a mirror and take a pic to. The area they are planted is on a slight slant. I’m getting a bit unstable bending down that far . You know how that goes..
What fabulous skies you have , they match your lovely gardens perfectly . Ah ha !! Gotch yer!! Yes I have noticed a similar unsteadiness this year too. I use a small dressing table mirror on a stand......similar to this but mine is on a shorter stand, so I don't have to hold it.
We all are living in a beautiful world we have designed ourselves. No greater pleasure than to admire our fellow gardeners work, experience and picturesque scenes posted . I am so grateful for all the posting , comments and wonderful gardeners and lovely people… So on that note here’s a pic to ponder.. “Down the trail, thru the trees, a chair to sit, where cares drop off like autumn leaves “.
Mossy edges, worn with time, A tranquil way, so pure, sublime. In sun or rain, it stands the test, A timeless trail where hearts find rest. So beautifully inviting Pac.
You're so very welcome Pac. It must be sleep time over your way now sooooo.....go and get some well deserved rest, Night, night.x
I have a few roses popping out a bloom or two. A bee is hiding in there. My Persimmon tree is ripening her fruit. Same for the Lemon tree. Little leaf Camellia is camelliaing. Gardenia has some blossoms. The very last flower before she goes to bed. still blooming.
